Primary ECT Redbridge September Start
We are recruiting a Primary ECT to join a forward-thinking Ofsted Outstanding school in Redbridge. The role Primary ECT responsibilities:
Starting as a Primary ECT in September on a permanent contract
Leading a KS2 class and taking full responsibility for learning and progress
Planning and delivering engaging high-quality lessons across the curriculum
Working closely with class support staff to meet all pupil needs
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching for EAL and SEN pupils
Playing an active role in the wider life of the school in Redbridge
About you ideal Primary ECT candidate:
A Primary ECT with a 1:1 or 2:1 core subject degree from a top 20 UK university
Proactive dedicated and ambitious with excellent communication skills
A team player who is keen to learn reflect and progress quickly
