Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM)
This role supports a Large Global Insurance Company in delivering its global Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework specifically for Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) and Control Testing.

Consultants operate as hands on delivery analysts responsible for executing standardized tasks like sample testing evidence validation documentation and tracker upkeep. This role is ideal for junior professionals building foundational capabilities in Risk Compliance Audit and Controls.
Responsibilities
1. Control Testing Execution
Execute testing with direct supervision of a Manager.
Participate in determining audit procedures necessary to achieve the desired audit results.
Perform audit work assigned in a professional manner in accordance with approved work program.
Obtain analyze and appraise evidentiary data as a basis for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls.
Determine whether areas reviewed / audited are performing control activities in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and in a manner consistent

2. Governance Documentation & Reporting
Perform quality checks on working papers prior to submission for review
Identify and communicate documentation gaps or repeat issues
Assist in maintaining issue remediation and RCA trackers

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Semi-qualified CA Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Risk Management Economics or a related discipline.
Preferred qualifications & Relevant Experience
Foundational understanding of internal controls and nonIT risk concepts

Strong PC skills including Word Excel

Internal Audit

SOX / ICFR testing

Risk & Compliance

Control Testing

Shared Services / GBS audit or assurance teams
