This position offers an exciting opportunity to build your career within Manulife Banks Residential Secured Lending space as part of the Mortgage Funding and Broker Support this role you will gain hands-on experience managing and administering residential mortgages from inception through activation developing a strong understanding of the endtoend mortgage funding lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to review legal mortgage documentation funding processes and operational controls while collaborating closely with internal partners broker channels and legal partners.

Please note that while this is a remote position candidates based specifically in the Waterloo region are required to attend the office once per week to complete inperson document signing.
Position Responsibilities:
Set up and administer new mortgage business and process the related financial transactions.
Address routine queries from internal and external customers.
Maintain control of all security/property documents.
Ensure accuracy in preparing and processing all mortgage-related transactions.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Assist with post funding execution oflegal amendments required for the land title office
Required Qualifications:
General knowledge of residential mortgage business and mortgage underwriting practices.
Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
Previous banking experience is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate law and mortgage-related provincial legislation.
Oral and written French language skills are an asset.
Ability to work overtime during peak times.

Salary range is expected to be between
$42525.00 CAD - $70875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location.
