We are undergoing an exciting transformation expanding our reach within the multifamily sector and committing to innovative approaches that drive measurable results for our clients. We are seeing a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact B2B marketing and communications strategies that position Agency FIFTY3 as the definitive leader and expert within the multifamily real estate ecosystem. This role will own the agencys voice drive market recognition and translate our proven expertise into compelling client-facing materials and industry-leading thought leadership.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing you will serve as both a strategic thought leader and an executor of the marketing plan responsible for amplifying our voice in the industry creating sales enablement materials and generating quality leads for our sales team.

The Position:

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
    • Industry Voice: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy (blog case studies webinars) that highlights AF3s data-driven insights and expertise in multifamily marketing.
    • Content Production: Plan out and write high-quality long-form content website copy and sales materials ensuring all materials are tailored to property owners operators and asset managers.
    • SEO & Digital Visibility: Manage the organic content calendar to ensure AF3 maintains top-of-funnel visibility for core B2B searches
  • Brand & Internal Communications
    • Brand Guardian: Ensure brand voice visual identity and messaging consistency across all agency collateral pitch decks and proposals.
    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Business Development/Sales team to create and refine compelling pitch materials presentations and client success narratives that clearly articulate AF3s value and competitive advantage
    • Internal Alignment: Support internal communication efforts to ensure all agency employees are fluent in the latest product updates brand messaging and client success stories.
  • Digital Channel Management
    • Website Content: Manage and maintain the AF3 website content focused on increasing inbound B2B lead generation.
    • Social Media: Develop and execute the agencys organic social media strategy focused on showcasing thought leadership company culture and client results.
  • Public Relations & Awards Management
    • Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with key real estate tech and marketing trade publications to secure placements that help amplify AF3s voice in the industry.
    • Executive Visibility: Identify secure and manage speaking opportunities panel placements and industry interviews for AF3 leadership.
    • Awards Program: Own and manage the agencys awards submission calendar and writing process highlighting client success stories and creative excellence to further elevate the AF3 brand.
Were looking for someone who:
  1. Exceptional ability to be both a strategic thinker and focused executor with the ability to translate priorities from multiple teams into a single holistic marketing plan.
  2. Strong understanding of modern marketing technologies including the strategic application and ethical considerations of AI.
  3. Effectively collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
  4. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization.
  5. Professional maturity to make challenging decisions and champion new initiatives.
  6. A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and transparent communication.

Qualifications were looking for:

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in marketing communications roles within an agency or relevant industry with a strong focus on sales enablement and content production.
  • Expert-level writing editing and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating success in creating B2B case studies and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO content distribution and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience utilizing analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to measure content and communications performance.
  • Multifamily and/or digital marketing agency experience preferred.

Compensation:Pursuant to state regulations the salary range is $105000-$111000 plus bonus potential. âEligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health vision dental and pet insurance.
