Job Summary
- For this role it is essential that you have a current NPLQ qualification
- Lifeguarding and ensuring the safety of all pool users
- Assisting guests around the Club
- Cleaning of all club areas and ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to
- Reception duties welcoming guests providing information and taking bookings
- To attend lifeguard training as well as health and safety training sessions
- Support the management team of the club in overseeing the daily running of the club operations
- Support driving the 5* standards in the teams delivery of customer service and general standards in the club
- Monitoring and carrying out pool water quality checks and pool plant operations
- Ensuring the team are following the club PSOP and H&S procedures
- Liaising with other key departments to meet any guest and operational needs
- This is a full-time position working 35 - 40 hours per week 4-5 days out of 7
- Palms Health & Fitness Club opening times:
- 09:30 19:30 Monday & Friday
- 07:30 19:30 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday Sunday
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a team leader / supervisor position within a pool environment
- Pool Plant Operations certificate or experience desired but not essential
