Job Summary

  • For this role it is essential that you have a current NPLQ qualification 
  • Lifeguarding and ensuring the safety of all pool users
  • Assisting guests around the Club
  • Cleaning of all club areas and ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to
  • Reception duties welcoming guests providing information and taking bookings
  • To attend lifeguard training as well as health and safety training sessions
  • Support the management team of the club in overseeing the daily running of the club operations
  • Support driving the 5* standards in the teams delivery of customer service and general standards in the club
  • Monitoring and carrying out pool water quality checks and pool plant operations
  • Ensuring the team are following the club PSOP and H&S procedures
  • Liaising with other key departments to meet any guest and operational needs
  • This is a full-time position working 35 - 40 hours per week 4-5 days out of 7
  • Palms Health & Fitness Club opening times:
  • 09:30 19:30 Monday & Friday
  • 07:30 19:30 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday Sunday

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a team leader / supervisor position within a pool environment
  • Pool Plant Operations certificate or experience desired but not essential
