Purpose of the job
- A central FP&A role supporting the head of the team deliver on the annual goals and objectives set for the Finance team.
- Coverage across all five services lines and the entire business.
- To provide insightful and actionable analysis.
Main responsibilities
- Strategic support to the Head of FP&A Group FD and CFO including Board investor and lender packs;
- Key stakeholder in the delivery of the annual planning cycle and forecasting;
- Support the budget process including the monthly tracking across the entire business;
- Challenge the existing and promote the right performance measures and KPIs;
- Support the development of management information reporting templates for business performance management;
- Support the roll out of automation of financial management reporting;
- Provide support including financial due diligence on potential M&A activity and/or refinancing or IPO;
- Ad hoc support to the head of FP&A
Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years experience in FP&A. Private Equity experience preferred but not required;
- Significant experience of budget control;
- Experience in preparing analysing and implementing accounting and reporting requirements;
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills;
- Strong negotiation and people skills;
- Extensive experience of automated financial and accounting systems;
- As a result of study and experience to possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and best practice in the workings of a Finance Department;
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels;
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
