Job summary
We are seeking a Trust Assurance Analyst to join the Trust Office team at DigiCert reporting to DigiCerts Director of Compliance as part of the Governance Risk and Compliance team.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in internal audit and external audit and knowledge of or willingness to learn PKI industry standards such as eIDAS Regulation ETSI CA/B Forum and WebTrust or equivalent. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional organizational interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate across the organization as part of the Governance team. The successful candidate will be required to provide written documentation and should have excellent business writing experience and skills.
What you will do
- External Customer Audit Support: Define audit scope based on each customer services and assist in coordinating external customer audits. Coordinate will include audit participants compile required documentation collect evidence host walkthroughs escalate issues as needed and monitor remediation of findings.
- Audit Remediation: Track and coordinate the remediation of findings identified during customers audits. This may include coordination with bother internal and external stakeholders.
- Control Development: Ensure appropriate controls are designed and implemented across DigiCerts environment to maintain compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Governance Support: Support the Vice President of Governance Risk and Compliance and the Supervisor Governance by attending cross-functional meetings documenting key information and contributing recommendations for governance strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members offering support and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across DigiCert to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
What you will have
- Education: Higher education in relevant fields such as Governance Business or Law.
- Experience: 10 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in governance internal audit compliance or risk management preferably within cybersecurity PKI or cloud environments.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Technical Expertise: experience in developing controls and control frameworks is highly advantageous but not essential.
- Other languages: Additional languages are advantageous but not essential e.g. Dutch or German.
- Industry Certifications: Industry-recognized qualifications (e.g. CISA CISSP) are desirable but not mandatory.
