Goods Flow Assistant (Receiving)

In-store Logistic Receiving.

This position will be entitled to night shift allowance.

• You contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks.
• You contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
• You perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process.
• You work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximise product availability for customers.
• You commit to all IKEA health safety and security rules and requirements and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers customers equipment and building.
• You contribute to optimised goods flow operations in the store by working in a lean simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.
• You be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.

Qualifications :

• Self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and physically fit enjoy hands-on physical work and have a keen interest in warehouse logistics.
• Optional - Experience in warehousing operations and a good track record in workplace safety will be an added advantage.
• Optional - Forklift Licence & able to operate Reach Truck will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shifts public holidays and weekends
