Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for service review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets.
- Consult with each customer within two business days of service request completion via phone or Microsoft teams using Customer Portal ( )
- Activities assigned to this role include estimating completion of operative quotes and customer follow up on quotations especially for screen and select customers and unassigned customers.
- Reassign opportunities to other sales resources as appropriate. Develop competency and use processes and tools which are provided for this role.
- Refer opportunities for other products to other salespeople by creating sales cases
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Travelling to visit potential clients and maintaining existing relationships with customers
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Offering after-sales support services
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Complete sales administration responsibilities including developing and maintaining account profiles utilization of sales information system; timely sales information reporting; timely and accurate paperwork completion.
- Achieve and continually build technical knowledge of products and services technologies operation and processes.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
KPI:
- Achievement of Target
- Achievement of Commercial Targets viz. Margins AR and AP
- Service Review Punctuality
- Conversion to Orders of Operative Quotes
- Development of the new Customers
Qualifications :
Education Required: B.E (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
Professional Experience Required (Max Min.): 3 - 4 yrs.
