Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Planner with 12-16 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will focus on terminal development planning ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review the overall planning aspects of consultants for terminal development works ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop design alternatives and conduct planning coordination with internal and external stakeholders including authorities regulators and contractors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Ensure that all terminal planning activities comply with relevant regulations and standards addressing any issues that arise during the planning process.
- Prepare reports and presentations on terminal planning progress challenges and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/masters degree in architecture.
Additional Information :
- Minimum of 12 years in terminal planning roles within the aviation sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design and planning software (e.g. SketchUp BIM tools).
- Knowledge of terminal operations and passenger flow management.
