Coordinate daily room status assignments and communication with Front Office Engineering and Laundry.
Update PMS room status and follow up on maintenance guest requests and lost & found.
Support inventory control of linen amenities and supplies.
Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to five-star standards.
Replenish amenities and report damages or safety issues.
Assist during peak operations deep cleaning and special projects.
Deliver courteous professional service and respond promptly to guest requests.
Qualifications :
12 years experience in Housekeeping within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant required; coordination experience is an advantage.
Basic PMS knowledge preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail teamwork and flexibility with shifts.
