Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Plumber within the Mine Maintenance Services team at our Dawson Mine on a full-time permanent basis. Employed by Dawson Mines Enterprise Agreement the Plumber will attend to planned and breakdown maintenance tasks on fixed infrastructures and site buildings as the authorized Plumber safely and effectively whilst maintaining a high quality of work and housekeeping standards. This is a site-based position on a 7 on 7 off dayshift only roster.
Qualifications :
- Hold a relevant Trade Qualification in Plumbing (mandatory).
- Hold a Carpenter / Builder qualification (desirable).
- Hold a Manual Drivers licence.
- Previous experience within mine services and related industry experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex issues like gas leaks water pressure and other related issues.
- Ability to work independently and also positively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion to support the essential site services team.
