Provide courteous friendly service to customer or guests during meeting and banquet functions. Perform all duties in accordance with Planet Hollywood policies and within the realm of the Planet Hollywoods Mission Statement.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Set tables by arranging place setting in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • Pick up letter or trash from public areas.
  • Strike or clean a banquet or function room by removing tables linens trash etc.
  • Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

Must be attentive to detail and sensitive to the needs and satisfaction of customers. High school diploma or equivalent preferred along with minimum of one year related experience. Must be able to communicate in conversational English. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Must be able to work any day and any shift. Must be able to maintain a well groomed appearance.
