Job Summary
Accounts Payable Clerk Granger IN
Our client has an opening that is a great match for someone who is career-minded and ready to start (or continue) building a future in accounting. This full-time in-office role works 8:00am5:00pm Monday through Friday and is designed for a junior-level AP professional who brings energy attention to detail and the drive to grow within the accounting arena.
Job Duties:
- Performing 3-way matching
- Setting up and maintaining new vendor accounts
- Administering company credit cards
- Supporting the accounting team with additional AP-related tasks as needed
Starting pay will be set based on the experience level of the candidate selected who will be reporting directly to the company Controller. Requirements:
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage routine tasks accurately and consistently
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
