Commercial Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. As a Commercial Producer you will play a pivotal role in driving new business building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for sales networking and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50000 - $60000 per year
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution
- Comprehensive benefits package provided
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Actively network within the community to generate leads
- Manage both cold and warm leads to expand the client base
- Work with various types of accounts including banking generalist manufacturing restaurants and retail
- Utilize software tools such as EPIC and Salesforce to manage client information and sales processes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software
- Soft Skills: Strong character ethical mindset cultural alignment and a growth-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed for client meetings
