WhatyoullDo:
Supervise and support HVAC service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Assistwith interviewing hiring onboarding coaching and performance management of technicians
Lead new-hire orientation and ongoing technical and customer service training
Conduct ride-alongsto coach technicians on diagnostics technical skills customer communication and best practices
Monitor technician KPIs and implement training strategies to improve performance
Review and resolve service and maintenance callbacksidentifyingtrends and corrective actions
Ensure technicians follow service standards documentation requirements and customer contact expectations
Communicate regularly with the Service Manager on training progress performance issues and team needs
Perform other duties as assigned
WhatWereLooking For:
Proven HVAC service experience with strong technical and diagnostic skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to train coach and develop technicians
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems tools and safety practices.
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
Computerproficiency(timekeeping billing mobile systems payment processing)
Valid drivers license witha good drivingrecord
High school diploma or GEDrequired; applicable HVAC licensurerequiredper state regulations
