McGraw Ford is expanding our customization and reconditioning capabilities and is looking for a Window Tint Technician who takes pride in precision consistency and clean installs. If youre experienced with automotive tintor ready to grow your skills in a professional dealership environmentwe want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Install automotive window tint on new and pre-owned vehicles
Prepare vehicles properly (cleaning masking protection)
Cut apply shrink and finish tint film with precision
Ensure bubble-free clean and uniform installs
Follow dealership quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized tint work area
Coordinate with sales service and reconditioning teams
What Were Looking For
Automotive window tint experience preferred
Knowledge of ceramic and carbon films a plus
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Dependable punctual and professional
Valid drivers license
Willingness to learn dealership processes and volume workflows
