Role Description
Seeking a full-time Mold & Tool Repair Technician to join our team on-site in Bridgeview IL. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining molds and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling preventative maintenance troubleshooting mold performance issues collaborating with the engineering team for mold design improvements and maintaining records of repairs and modifications. The role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Tool Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate Machining and Polishing
- Familiarity with machining tooling and injection molding processes is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in related technical fields preferred
