Were seeking an empathetic and dedicated Mobile Crisis Team Lead to lead mentor and support clinicians in delivering compassionate crisis care in the Charlottesville VA area.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the Licensed / License-Eligible REACH Mobile Crisis Team Lead you will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Coordinators that you will lead provide rapid response to individuals with I/DD experiencing a behavioral health crisis which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team coordination of admissions/discharges dispatching staff and reviewing staff service documentation. This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.

Schedule Options:
(3) 12 hour shifts and (1) 4 hour shift: Sunday-Wednesday & supervisor on-call rotation
(3) 12 hour shifts and (1) 4 hour shift: Wednesday-Saturday & supervisor on-call rotation

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60000 to $65000 annually

What Were Looking For
- Education: Masters in health psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LCSW LPC LMFT
- Skills: Leadership crisis intervention adaptability problem-solving and decision making.
- 3 years of experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health/developmental disabilities setting
- Maintain a valid drivers license good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Proficiency with EHR systems Microsoft Suite and technically savvy.
