Summary:
To assist the clinician in providing medical care to the patients of the Medical Practice.
Responsibilities:
materials supplies equipment and the patient to assist clinician with the patients medical exam. the patients history and medical information. direct patient care as directed by a Registered Nurse or clinician. and processes specimens as directed by the clinician and performs point of care testing. medications and vaccinations as directed by the clinician. Instructs the patient and family on how to perform clinician recommended preventive care takes prescribed medication prepares for tests monitors treatment progress and notes symptom changes. the patient to provide requested follow-up advises them of test results or relays clinicians instructions. and adheres to all compliance responsibilities related to the position. and Models the Organizationï½s values. regular dependable and predictable attendance. other duties as required.
Other Information:
Ability to travel between practices as needed. Required: Active LPN License based on state; BLS certification required within 30 days.

Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force
