NXTGEN is excited to be partnering with a small well-established accountancy practice looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a variety of local clients in a supportive friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing full bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
Preparing VAT returns and reconciling accounts
Handling bank reconciliations payroll and supplier/customer accounts
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Supporting the team with client queries and reporting

What were looking for:
Proven bookkeeping experience in a practice environment
Strong knowledge of Xero QuickBooks or Sage
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Friendly professional approach with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
