Shift: 5 x 8-hour Day Shifts
Robert Lee Care Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its Rehab Therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Robert Lee Texas. This position offers consistent 8-hour day shifts managing an average of 7-8 patients per day and provides the opportunity to deliver hands-on care in a supportive environment.
The OT will assess plan and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their daily living skills and overall functional independence. Candidates must hold an active Texas Occupational Therapist license. While new graduates are not eligible candidates with prior SNF experience are preferred. Strong communication clinical judgment and teamwork skills are essential to provide high-quality patient care and collaborate effectively with the rehab team.
