Well established non-profit in Staten Island NY is looking for a VP of HR to lead their HR function.

SUMMARY:
- Strategic and hands-on role leading a small team overseeing all aspects of HR (i.e. talent acquisition on-boarding training and employee development performance management employee relations etc.)
- A trusted advisor working closely/collaboratively with the executive team
- A strategic and operational HR leader

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 years of broad and deep HR experience
- 4 years of experience leading others
- Some experience in non-profits is a plus
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Bachelors degree and/or an HR certification
