Summary

The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly enthusiastic professional and timely manner.

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by the restaurants operation.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers tables promptly and accurately ensuring meals are presented in the best possible condition.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficient communication and coordination.
• Assist in the setup and organization of dining areas including arranging table settings and ensuring cleanliness.
• Refill beverages and clear tables as needed to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Support servers in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours.
• Adhere to the restaurants sanitation and safety standards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining service station and kitchen areas.
• Engage with guests as needed providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary however previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift trays and navigate the restaurant floor with ease.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills
