Monday - Friday (8a-5p)
Call Schedule: 5p-8a unrestricted call if able

Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes Psychiatric NP
Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol:Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
Safety/Security Measures in Place:Staff duress system security on site 24/7
No pediatric patients
EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:3 months but need ASAP
