Job Summary
- Analyze internal tenders and customer inquiries; assess feasibility with specialist departments
- Develop bid strategies in cooperation with Business Development
- Coordinate proposed solution architecture with product architects and engineering teams
- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive solutions (technical economic legal administrative)
- Plan control and monitor the entire bidding process
- Prepare project costing target pricing and risk assessments
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during project development
- Physically prepare and submit complete proposals on time
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Business or comparable technical/business education
- Strong analytical conceptual and structured thinking
- Experience in technical project and bid management
- Business fluent English; additional languages (French Spanish Arabic) desirable
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with project management or ERP tools is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and field assignments
