Its a place to unwind tune into the local beat and feel the citys cultural pulse. With 187 rooms Ruby Frida rises in Kungsholmen just steps from Fridhemsplan station. From here Stockholms Old Town lively café culture green parks and glittering waterways are all within easy reach.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europes most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

The role is set to start in May just in time for the opening of our hotel in June. First interviews are planned for the end of March and those invited to our first audition will hear from us separately.

actively work in the service taking the lead as shift supervisor ensuring everything runs smoothly whether behind the bar in service or at the front office
make sure all service quality and hygiene standards are met always with an eye for detail
take charge of training coaching and onboarding new team members
handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team
take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution
share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink

already gained experience in a similar position ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
flexible and ready to work in shifts
counting reliability multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
carrying yourself confidently bring lots of joy to your work and humour is just part of who you are
enjoying working with international demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach
speaking fluently Swedish and English
