Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch shuttle drivers to ensuretimelycustomer pick-ups and drop-offs
- Schedule and adjust routes based on service appointments traffic and changing priorities
- Communicate clearly with service advisors drivers and customersregardingtiming and updates
- Monitor shuttle vehicle readiness cleanliness and fuel levels
- Maintainaccuratelogs of trips driver assignments and vehicle usage
- Handle customer questions concerns and service-related transportation requests
- Ensure compliance with dealership safety policies and transportation procedures
- Support valet and service lane operations during peak periods
- Assistwith problem-solving when delays cancellations or emergencies arise
- Performadditionaladministrative or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
- Must be willing and able tosubmitto a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Mature disciplined personality
- Effective communication organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly approachable andmaintainsa positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
