Job Summary:
We are seeking adiligentand motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance this role you will assist in providing financial insights and support for decisionmaking business planning and budgeting/forecasting. You will work closely withtheSeniorFinance Business Partnerandotherbusinessstakeholdersto analyse financial performance prepare reports and help driveevidence-baseddecisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthlyfinancial reports.

• Support budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.

• Analysevariances between actual and forecasted financials providing insights into key drivers and trends.

• Collect analyse and interpret financial data to support business decisionmakingperformance improvementsand provide data for prospective new sales.

• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior leadership

• Monitor and track financial KPIs and other performance indicators.

• Support collaboration with teams across the business to help align targets and processes.

• Work in partnershipwith Commercial Teams for cost planning in preparation for bids and tenders

• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

• Develop and maintain Excelbased reports dashboards and financial models.
