As a Caregiver youll provide personalized care and support to a small group of residents (typically 1012) helping with daily activities companionship and emotional support. Youll be a vital part of their day ensuring they feel safe valued and cared for.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Be a Patient Advocate: Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
- Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously manage medications transcribe doctors orders and monitor for drug interactions.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle crucial administrative tasks including ordering medications and supplies and communicating with doctors and families.
- Collaborate and Report: Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
- Monitor Vitals: Take and record residents vitals and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certified Food handlers certificate
- CNA/HCA certified
- One (1) year experience preferred.
