Based in our Cranberry Township PA location you will join our Digital Twin Projects group contributing to the design and implementation of worldclass simulation and operationaltechnology solutionsincluding digital twins highperformance control rooms and remote operations centers. These solutions accurately model realtime powerplant behaviors and support training testing operational decisionmaking and safer more efficient plant operations.

This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the design configuration and implementation of digital twin simulation systems highperformance control room solutions and remote operations center projects for powerindustry customers

  • Develop and test controllogic models to replicate realworld plant operations in simulated and operational environments
  • Collaborate effectively with processsimulation engineers project managers and crossfunctional teams to solve problems and share learnings
  • Leverage knowledge of customer processes and execution methodologies to lead customerfacing activities such as controls validation performance testing simulation acceptance testing and operationalreadiness reviews
  • Contribute to global crossfunctional projects by supporting senior engineers and gaining exposure to multiple engineering and operations disciplines
  • Take initiative in learning simulation tools automation platforms HPCR/ROC design principles and industry standards
  • Support the development of internal tools and workflows that improve efficiency across digital twin HPCR and ROC project

Who You Are:
You enjoy building something from scratch anticipating customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear compelling and concise manner. You consult with multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering technical or equivalent
  • 5 years of engineering experience including experience in project managementpreferably within a technical engineeringrelated field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
  • Comfort presenting technical concepts to both engineering and nontechnical audiences
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas such as E F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT) H-1 H-2 L-1 B J or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience with simulation platforms (e.g. HYSYS MATLAB Simulink)
  • Exposure to powergeneration systems plant operations or industrial environments
  • Prior experience supporting customerfacing projects training programs or technical workshops
  • Familiarity with highperformance control room design principles or remote operations center workflows
  • Interest in continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements in automation simulation and control systems
