Position Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and proactive Manager of People and Culture (Human Resources Manager) to support our growing team in South Africa. Based in Cape Town this individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources operations for the region including monthly payroll processing. The Regional HR Manager will report directly to the Vice President of People and Culture located in the United States and will work a schedule aligned with when many of our South Africa based employees are in office (2:00 PM 11:00 PM SAST).
In addition to regional responsibilities this role will actively contribute to global People & Culture initiatives with a focus on enhancing employee engagement process efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
