What you will be doing
As the Ancillary Services Systems Coordinator you will:
- Support the nonacademic operations of the College by managing and coordinating all technical systems and platforms used across Ancillary Services and Campus Planning.
- Ensure the smooth reliable functioning of critical systems such as Bookware the Student ID platform and summer accommodations tools.
- Act as business lead on key Collegewide technology initiatives including the Student ID project and bookstore integration projects and will lead additional digital initiatives that support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate extensively with Digital Innovation & Technology (DI&T) Student Affairs Facilities vendors and other internal partners to troubleshoot issues implement system updates coordinate new implementations and maintain strong data integrity and documentation.

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a diploma in IT Business Administration or a related field
- You have a minimum of 2 years of recent and related occupational experience in technical coordination or systems administration preferably in a higher education environment.
- You have experience working with or supporting multiple departments
- Experience with campus systems such as Bookware ID management platforms or PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.
- Experience in training facilitation or user onboarding would be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite E-mail and various system administration tools.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work
- Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
