ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Generate newpipelineby actively prospecting.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions and manage complex sales cycles.
- Understandcustomerbusiness-driversand develop business cases to land new logos.
- Identifynew business opportunities and cultivaterelationships(build andmaintainlong-lasting relationships)withprospectiveclients to drive sales growth and meet businessobjectives.
- Collaborate closely withHPSVertical GrowthSalesteamandHCImarketing product development and after-marketservices to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback to improveGTM strategy.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly resultsutilizingSalesforce.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards in all sales activities.
- Focus on new logos and market entry
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalentbonus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience inindustrial solutionsales Software Solutions in Process /Asset Management domains.
- Proven experience in prospectingattainingnew accountsand commitment to customer victory.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andestablishrelationships with clients and partners at all levels.
- Willingness to travel50% or higherto meet with clients attend industry events and support sales activities.
- Experience with CRM
- Aptitude to learn advanced solutions likeL3 (Process Optimization Asset Monitoring Simulation solutions) and/or L4 solutions such as MES Supply Chain IIOT Solutions Industry 4.0 including next generation AI and outcome-based solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience sellingEnterprisesoftware-solutionsin the industrial sectorthrough Cloud SaaS commercial models.
- Familiarity with SFDC andsimilar salesenablement tools.
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of industry regulations standards and best practices.
- Passion for technology and innovation with a desire to stayupdated onindustry trends and advancements.
- Domainexpertisein Upstream Midstream Energy Pulp & Paper and/or Metals & Mining
The salary range for this position is ($). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This role is INCENTIVE eligible
