RN Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Trach/Vent) Weekend Days Pasadena TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric private duty nursing for weekend day shifts in Pasadena TX.

This role is ideal for RNs withtracheostomy and ventilator experience who prefer focused 1-on-1 care over facility-based ratios.

What Youll Do

Deliver 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 020)
Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care
Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes
Follow physician orders and individualized plans of care
Communicate with families and the care team
Complete EMR documentation

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas REQUIRED
Trach and ventilator experience REQUIRED
CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds
Assist with transfers and medical equipment
