ShiftLeader Responsibilities

Asa Shift Leader youll play a key role in store operations and team be expected to:

Lead by example whether youre the designated manager on duty or not
Execute opening and closing procedures
Take customer orders and ensure top-notch service
Prepare products from start to finish with quality and speed
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Manage inventory food and labor costs and cash handling
Delegate tasks effectively and support team development

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to stand for extended periods bend and lift up to 20 lbs
ServSafe Certificate preferred
