Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven Team Leader Trainee to join our operations team in Riverside CA. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into a supervisory position within our organization. The Team Leader Trainee will work closely with experienced leaders to learn day-to-day operations team coordination and performance management.
Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
Assist in coordinating team workflows and meeting performance goals
Learn and apply leadership strategies to guide and motivate team members
Monitor progress identify areas for improvement and communicate updates to management
