We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Professional with a proven track record and an established network in the commercial market. This role is designed for someone who already has strong relationships with property managers facility managers developers consultants and general contractors and understands how to sell integrated HVAC plumbing and electrical solutions.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on strategic growth large projects and long-term accounts not entry-level prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing commercial relationships to generate immediate opportunities.
Identify pursue and close large-scale commercial projects including HVAC boiler rooftop plumbing and electrical scopes.
Drive sales across new builds retrofits replacements and service contracts.
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive accurate proposals.
Client & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients consultants and partners.
Maintain and grow key accounts through consistent engagement and value-driven solutions.
Navigate complex decision-making structures and negotiate contracts at senior levels.
Technical & Market Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems plumbing systems and electrical infrastructure.
Understand specifications drawings and tender processes.
10 years of commercial B2B sales experience in selling facility maintenance HVAC plumbing electrical service contracts.
Established verifiable commercial relationships (property management firms developers consultants GCs).
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
Experience selling multi-trade or bundled solutions.
Background with mechanical contractors electrical contractors facility maintenance or design-build firms.
