- Salary: (Annually) $123938.39 - $154920.88

Lead the crucial review and coordination of complex development designs shaping the City of Edmonton!
Step into a key General Supervisor management role and lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team of experienced engineers engineering technologists and landscape technologists.
Reporting to the Director Subdivision and Development Coordination you will be the driving force responsible for the crucial review assessment coordination and response for design functions submitted by private developers within the City of Edmonton limits. Leverage your expertise to coordinate complex private development activities ensuring excellence and compliance in engineering and drawing design circulations and approvals across drainage transportation engineering and landscape designs.
What will you do
- Lead a team of engineering professionals and landscape design professionals to review and facilitate developer led designs serving new growth areas and redevelopment sites
- Continue to organize implement and maintain a work program of the drawing review team to assist with the coordination efforts between private developer initiatives and the City
- Develop maintain and implement a document management system for tracking and recording short and long documents decision records and other information that is deemed critical
- Build and actively nurture relationships and effective networks with internal and external partners
- Build on successful initiatives and relationships to gain understanding and support for ideas
- Anticipate business opportunities influence policy planning and initiatives and foster a culture of accountability through performance measurement
