Responsibilities
- Assist customers and colleagues by providing clear and accurate bilingual communication.
- Facilitate smooth interactions between English and other language speakers within the company.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with various departments to help address client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards in all communications.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Proficiency with computers including multitasking between different programs and screens
Strong phone and written communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
