Position Overview:

As a Test Planning Coordinator on the Midsection and Drives Development team you will be responsible for the coordination of program builds and development testing of our development this role you will support both new product development and current product improvements.

Essential Functions:

  • Support program builds

  • Monitor execute and track Test Plans per DVP&R

  • Create assign and manage Test Requests

  • Assist in creating test requirements for systems and components

  • Participate in development testing of prototypes and analyze failures.

  • Ensure test results are reported clearly and accurately to the requestor.

  • Assist in building test fixtures as required to meet individual project needs.

  • Create and manage parts lists for program builds.

  • Manage Spare Parts Lists and material flow through the development lab

  • Work cross-functionally with other development groups

  • Provide design input

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience testing mechanical systems in a R&D environment with an Associates degree OR 3 years experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of production methods and process requirements as they relate to typical marine drive component manufacturing.

  • Boating experience

The anticipated pay range for this position is $61400-$98600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
