The Opportunity
As a Roll-Off Driver you are the face of GFL. Youll safely and efficiently provide waste removal services to our commercial and industrial customers. This is a high-impact role where you can take pride in keeping your community clean while being home every night.
What Youll Do
Operational Excellence: Safely operate roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment to collect and transport waste to disposal facilities.
Safety Stewardship: Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspectionswe live by a Safety First culture.
Customer Impact: Represent the GFL brand with a professional demeanor providing reliable service at every stop.
Ownership: Maintain accurate digital records of your route and communicate vehicle needs directly to our maintenance team.
What You Bring
Credentials: Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
Experience: 1 years of commercial driving experience (or a certificate from an accredited CDL school).
Reliability: A positive solution-focused attitude and the physical ability to handle the demands of the route (lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally).
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
