About This Role:

Were looking for a full-time Product Manager Staircase AI to join our Product team reporting to the EVP & GM Product & Engineering. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Tel Aviv location.

In this role youll play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered customer intelligence at Staircase AI by designing and delivering agentic AI systems and platform capabilities that help B2B companies predict expansion and reduce churn. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving product-led environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with customers engineering data science GTM and customer success teams. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in agentic AI system design technical product management for enterprise SaaS platforms and translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the discovery definition and delivery of new AI-powered capabilities and platform features within Staircase AI from ideation to launch to adoption.

  • Partner with customers GTM teams and internal stakeholders to uncover insights validate hypotheses and ensure our products solve real customer problems.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to design system architectures data models build and iterate on high-impact features grounded in machine learning and data intelligence.

  • Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear human-centered product experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate on model evaluation strategies prompt engineering approaches and multi-agent orchestration patterns for production AI systems

  • Design technical specifications architecture diagrams and integration patterns for enterprise-scale platform capabilities

  • Define prioritize and communicate product requirements and success metrics that align with the Staircase AI roadmap and Gainsights strategic goals.

  • Serve as a customer advocate engaging directly with users presenting roadmap updates and gathering feedback to refine product direction.

  • Collaborate with marketing enablement and CS to support successful product launches and ongoing adoption.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings training or company events.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in data science analytics or computer science.

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments with proven ability to drive product outcomes end-to-end

  • Possess hands-on experience building and shipping agentic AI systems or multi-agent workflows with deep fluency in AI concepts model lifecycle prompt engineering and data-driven decision-making

  • Actively write code and vibe code can prototype features validate approaches and partner effectively with engineering

  • Have experience designing platform architectures data models and system integrations for enterprise SaaS products with understanding of scalability security and compliance requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills able to synthesize technical and business concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences including architecture diagrams and technical specifications

  • Show demonstrated success engaging directly with customers to gather feedback validate solutions and build lasting relationships

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience designing agentic AI architectures multi-agent orchestration or AI reasoning systems

  • Experience in customer success technology revenue intelligence or relationship analytics products

  • Deep understanding of enterprise platform requirements including data governance security models and API design patterns

  • Passion for AI-driven innovation and human-centered design
