Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join a thriving and well-regarded secondary school in Bristol. The Role
Leading SEND provision across KS3 and KS4
Overseeing EHCP processes reviews and statutory requirements
Coordinating interventions and support strategies for pupils with additional needs
Working closely with senior leaders teaching staff families and external agencies
Advising and supporting staff on inclusive classroom practice
Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to whole-school improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete within the required timeframe)
Experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary school setting
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
The ability to lead influence and support colleagues effectively
A calm organised and pupil-centred approach
