In this role you will:
Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers through calls emails and social outreach
Identify research and generate new leads in the West Africa market
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Understand prospect challenges and articulate ClayHRs value proposition clearly
Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly lead-generation targets
Stay informed about product updates market trends and competitor activities
