Lead Preschool Teacher
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree program
OR - Hold an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Design meaningful engaging lesson plans that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond
- Create a structured yet joyful classroom where children feel safe and confident
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers to build a strong classroom team
- Build real partnerships with families through open communication and trust
- Be supported by a leadership team that values professionalism and growth
- Experience leading or co-leading a preschool classroom
- Strong understanding of preschool development and kindergarten readiness
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to assess and document developmental progress
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to meeting state licensing and TLE requirements
- Lead a preschool classroom in alignment with TLE standards and state regulations
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Foster a positive structured and engaging learning environment
- Supervise and support assistant teachers
- Maintain a clean safe and organized classroom
- Communicate regularly with families
- Participate in trainings and professional development
