Associate Town Planner

A well-established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join its Cornwall-based team as part of a strategic growth hire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a collaborative and ambitious practice with genuine scope to influence the future direction of the business.

Requirements
Chartered Town Planner / RTPI member
Extensive well-rounded planning experience
Strong commercial awareness within consultancy and development environments
Full UK driving licence (some flexibility may be considered)

Key Responsibilities
Leading and delivering planning projects from inception through to completion
Preparing planning appraisals applications and appeals
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring and supporting junior team members while contributing to business growth
Representing clients at planning committees and appeal hearings
