Role Overview
We areseekinga detail-oriented performance-drivenPPC / Google Ads Specialistto manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid advertising programs. This role is hands-on and execution-focused responsible for managing Google Ads (Shopping Performance Max Search Display) as well asmanagingprogrammatic advertising and paid social campaigns.
The ideal candidate is analytical organized and proactivesomeone who enjoys working in-platform dailyidentifyingopportunities troubleshooting issues and continuously improving performance across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Manage daily operations of Google Ads campaigns including Search Shopping Performance Max and Display
Support and manage day-to-day execution of programmatic advertising and paid social campaigns
Build launch andmaintaincampaigns ad groups keywords audiences and product feeds
Ensure all campaigns follow best practices internal standards and naming conventions
Execute bid adjustments budget pacing targeting updates and campaign refinements
Optimization & Performance
Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively flag issues or opportunities
Optimizekeywords search terms audiences bids creative assets and product groupings
Run A/B tests on ad copy headlines extensions and creative variations
Continuously improve ROAS CPA conversion rate and overall efficiency through disciplined optimization
Reporting & Insights
Track key performance indicators including spend ROAS CPA CTR conversion rate and impression share
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for the leadership team
Surface insights trends and recommendations based on performance data
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to align execution with broader goals
Quality Control & Troubleshooting
Identifyand resolve disapproved ads feed issues tracking errors and delivery disruptions
Ensure conversion tracking and tagging areaccurateand functioning properly
Maintain clean organized account structures
Support audits testing initiatives and platform updates as needed
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing creative and data teams to execute campaigns effectively
Implement changes tied to promotions seasonal initiatives and testing roadmaps
Support cross-channel alignment across paid search programmatic and paid social
Required Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
Strong experience with Shopping Performance Max and Search campaigns
Proven ability to manage campaigns with precision and attention to detail
Solid understanding of bidding strategies match types audiences and product feeds
Experienceoptimizingtoward ROAS and CPA targets
Experience in eCommerce or B2B eCommerce environments
Strong working knowledge of GA4 including creating monthly performance reports
Comfortable working with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Experience with Google Merchant Center and feed management
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
HubSpot experience would be a plus!
