Our dynamic retirement living team has a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team operating in the Southern Portfolio with villages from West End to Elanora.
Your Part in Our Retirement Livings Team
Reporting to the Portfolio Sales Manager you will work collaboratively with the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing the highest level of purchasing experience for prospective residents.
You will lead and drive the sales of units/apartments/homes at designated villages and be responsible for the development of sales strategies management of sales and expense budgets monitoring the sales revenue margin and expense performance and initiating corrective action where required.

You will be a customer service focussed sales professional with a strong understanding and appreciation of the unique needs of your market audiences. Your strong sales acumen coupled with lateral thinking will see you fit right into the role. To ensure a good start to the role you will also possess the following:
Relevant qualifications in Real Estate Property Management or equivalent experience.
Understand the application of relevant legislation and the Property Council of Australia certification processes and principles.
Demonstrated highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills including advanced computer skills.
Current Queensland Drivers Licence
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
All staff must satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisation policies.
