About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Geotechnical Technician to support laboratory testing quality assurance and geotechnical activities across operations and commercial teams. Reporting to the Senior Environmental & Technical Manager this role offers a mix of lab work stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time on-site role requiring flexibility with start and finish times. Occasional travel to other Repurpose It sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sampling and laboratory testing
- Liaise with external NATA-accredited laboratories
- Analyse test results and maintain quality documentation
- Support product quality compliance and accreditations
- Coordinate sampling schedules with operations
- Assist with trials R&D and new product development
- Promote strong safety and quality standards
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering or similar
- Experience in a laboratory or testing environment
- Knowledge of NATA requirements and quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Safety-focused proactive team player
- Australian drivers licence and full working rights
